Fraud in the name of providing loan. The persons ID/address is known..

a person has taken money fraudulently in the name of providing loan. Now he is not giving money back and keeps on making false promise. Police is not ready to take complaint and saying i need to file a case through court. its a case of fraud. want to know why police not taking complaint.

You can file a criminal case through court using Section 156(3) CRPC if the Police is not registering your case. You may file an application in the court to register case under Section 406, 420 and 415 IPC. Or You may file a Civil Case for Recovery of this money.
