fraud has been done by institute

they promise me to give 100% placement but they are not giving placement from last 4 months and they are not refunding my money what to do plz help me

You can file a consumer case against the institute on the ground of deficiency of services in the consumer court and claim your refund as well as compensation from the institute. The consumer court will pass appropriate order and the institute has to comply with the same

if they have given you any assurance regarding the placement in written format then you can file complaint against them if the police fails to register an FIR then can file complaint under section 156 3 of crpc through an advocate .
