Fraud company offering E- Seva Kendra

They offered me E Seva Kendra in just 3700/- But in the name of training, Sign board, agreement, wallet balance they took 40000/- from me. But the Aadhaar PE company is not available. No training, no sign boards, no agreement nothing. Please help!
Hello this is a case of fraud being committed against you by the people who offered you this and cheated you also by taking this amount of Rs 40,000 please file police complaint immediately to nearest police station
