Fraud Case by ASI Punjab police and woskhop

Dear Sir,
One ASI in Punjab Police taken 1.5 lakhs and given me security as a vehcile. but one day that person taken security vehicle from workshop as car was some starting issues. He has done fraud with me , I have Car RC and pollution certificates and even Security Cheque and white paper signed as security document. Local Police is doing nothing. I have already files cheque bounce case against that ASI. I dont have much money to fight and give bribe to Police. Please help me.
file criminal case against the ISI in Commissioner Office and if they are not action against him file complaint case against them under section 156 subsection 3 of CRPC in court . court will take action against the police officer and SHO and Commissioner will register FIR against police officer

If fraud has been committed, then we may prosecute that ASI us 420 ipc along with 415 ipc, depends on facts of the case.. but we need to prove our claim in the court.

Dear queriest carry on with your cheque bounce case surely you will get justice. You can file asuit for recovery against that asi. He will haveto face trial for both the cases and if that asi still not appearedbefore the trial court his salary will be attached.
