Fraud by tour and travel agent - The flower of holiday

I would like to share a very bad travel experience with an agency called “the flower of holiday”. They cheated 50,000 rupees 50000 (50k) for the Uttarakhand tripInitially provided 95k for a complete package which included hotels plus AC tempo traveler. After paying all the money, said the money was spent on hotel booking and for the cab again we have to pay 50kThey told me 50% advance and rest when I got into the cab, but after paying 45k,after 2 days asked for the full money. I managed to pay 20k more and requested to pay the remaining 30k when we landed at Delhi airport, they said if you don’t have money why should you plan a trip, cancel it. I was so panicked, it was Such an mental stress/ tortured, my BP level got highI have all the evidence of paying 95k and the hotel booking what they did for us and after talking to all the hotels and checking online, the total sum for hotel booking never ever exceeds more than 45k.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

okay so it is a clear case of fraud and cheating. they have done misrepresentation of the information and since all this caused you mental stress you can also take the plea of harrasment. and all such pleas can be taken against them while filing the case...also you can also ask the favour from court to awards you compensation for all the nonsense they did to you.

if you have all the documented proof of such fraud then you can go to the consumer court against the company, else the law is not able to help you. the consumer court can assist you only if you have the documented proof. it is advised that you provide them to get the best legal recourse
