Fraud by a Holiday Package company based in Noida (UP) named CHIS

Country Holidays Inn & Suites, Noida have been cheating for the last many months and have been giving ridiculous issues of not sharing availabilities for almost every location.
Locations are available for either 3 Nights and that too for a very less number of properties. Yesterday itself they posted a new excuse that they have some internal issue in terms of the contract renewal.
Need advice on the same, I wish to sue the company and take a heavy compensation back
hello client as i can see ur issue is very fraud which been played on you on the name of holiday pakages . in this issue they must have charged you hefty amount for holidays but at the time of sevices they are moving back ij this matter you can sue the aa well aa you can claim youe oeiginal amount along with comoensation as heavy on the name of fraud they played upon you you must procees the things aa soon aa poßible.

Firstly, you can serve the company a legal notice stating all the infirmity and denial and deficiency in service by the company. this will suffice your requirements. in case if it does not, then a consumer complaint will be filed in which we will be claiming heavy compensation and compensation for mental harrasment.
