FRAUD AND CHEATED RAN AWAY WITH MONEY

one of our uncle cheated on us he ran way with money more than 1.5 Cr , we received IP after two days, we complained against him but there is action on case.But he is in in contact with his family members and his lawyer , can i get those phone numbers legally or can i send cheque bounce notice to his family members or laywer. Please help us how can we get him...if there is any loopholes please let us know it really helps a lot
If u have cheque then try to encash it and if it bounce then u must send a notice through your lawyer with in 15 days and if they react and respond to your notice, or they ignore,u can approach the court of your jurisdiction and file a cheque bounce case under negotiable instrument act 138 through a lawyer.

since your uncle has only filed for IP, it will take about 12 to 18 months for court to declare him insolvent. file a money recovery suit under order 37 CPC immediately. order 37 suit is a fast track summary suit. if you have details of properties held by him or near relatives, you can attach the same for recovery
