Fraud againt givdn money with trust and not returned

My friend took money from me and I gave him from taking loan of rs 10 lac now he is not returning it.
After some time I came to know he has done this with so many peoples and many peoples has registered FIR against him. He is now not receiving my call and I dont know his address in Mumbai. His parent is denieing for giving money back to me.
What should I do?
You too should file a complaint against him at the nearest police station and get the FIR registered against him. if police don't registered it then you may go to court u/s 156(3) of CrPC to secure directions to the police to do so.
