Framing charges and please date to be post poned in my absence

I am the petitioner, on summon I was not available and the date for framing charge given should be postponed because that day I have made travel plans. How to deal in this situation?

Dear Sir, If warrant is issued then surrender before the Court and get recall such NBW. If you are already on bail then there is no need to get the bail again. If you want to postpone the framing of charges you may file application for discharge under the provisions of criminal procedure code. If charges are framed the trial may go for two to four years depending upon the total number of witnesses in the charge sheet.
