Forjury of revenue department stamps and signatures of higher official

One person created fake documents for my property by forjury of stamps and signatures of revenue department. I took this matter to the local police station but they didn't put up a case on him because he managed the police by offering bribe. What should I do now. Please help me sir.

You should immediately submit a detailed written complaint with copies of all relevant documents to the Superintendent of Police. If no FIR is registered, approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate seeking appropriate directions for registration and investigation. You may also request verification of the alleged forged revenue records from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Preserve all original documents and evidence to support your claim during investigation and trial.

hi if the police are not registering the complaint then you could file a complaint to higher authorities to register the complaint and if they failed then you could file private complaint before the magistrate seeking direction to register the FIR

if the document is cancelled so you first of all file criminal you file a criminal complaint before the local Criminal Court and also you have to file a civil case for cancellation of that document so that that person has to come to you otherwise he will face the consequences it's so first of all you initiate the private complaint before the local Criminal Court

report the matter to higher police authorities. you can also complain with the revenue authorities whose signatures have been forged and utilized for fake transactions. You can also lodge a private complaint with the Court of Judicial I Class Magistrate concerned for justice.
