Forgery document at Consumer Court

OP has submitted evidence by forgering my signature and fabricating some words to his advantage. But when I bring this to the notice of judge, he told forgery can't be entertained in consumer court. What can I do now? From past 1year this case is running, if I file case regarding forgery, how many years it may take? I need my markscard at earliest. I'm unable to do further education because of markscard. Is there any special provisions/law for getting this is done at much faster time like within 3-6 months? Can anyone take my case and solve within next 3-6months?
you have to approach to the same court, the court has every power to take action against the forgery document and conduct an enquiry if it's forged also you can object during the course of the trial, the time cannot be estimated in any corner, it depends on discretion of court.

hi,
forgery case cannot be entertained in consumer court, you can file an FIR in police station, if police people did not accept, then u approach police commissioner office and file a complaint there.
