Forgery case in court how to fasten the case for early hearing

27-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In case of forgery , I filed case under 156(3). Forged document with hand writing expert report submitted . After 2 months I suspect police file ATR without registering fir and some excuse . And magistrate may give another long date . What should be my next step .. to press for early date of next hearing .. or some appeal for registering fir immediately to court ?

What does the report indicate? Also, what do you connote by ' I suspect'? Has any ATR been filed so far? You can move an application before the judge regarding your need and requirement for early hearing , however, considering the pendency in magisterial courts, it is unlikely to yield a favorable result.
Appeal and revision will come into play once an order is passed by the Magistrate not at this stage.

ATR means Action taken report. the judge has already asked the Police to file its Action Taken Report that means he has sought explanation as to what action has the Police Taken on the written complaint filed by you. be positive
