Forged will and pending civil suit

My father got 3 properties from the last registered will of his brother . Brother died because of covid and her daughter made a forged and unregistered will after his death which have date before his death.nThe the image on the forged will is cropped from my whatsapp Dp and the signature in the will is also not of her father.nShe has filed a civil suit against my father in which she has got no stay order nMy father name is also on the land record on the basis of last registered will.nMy question

dear client, you have stated only the facts but not your question so the absence of any questions we are unable to answer. as per the facts, the registered will in favour of your father prevails if it is attested by two arresting witnesses. What you submit slightly equivovocal,but what I perceive is the bequeath or codicil that should have been executed has not been executed in the manner it was ought to,my advice to you would be that second appeal would be entertainable and amenable is such predicament
