Forged signature on token money document of property paper

The letter and signature of the person is wrong on the token money paper of the property. The property does not belong to the person on whom the case is filed. The owner of the property is out of India. Please advice can we ask for verification of signature on the forged letter in court and will it help

Dear client In case it’s the case of forgery on behest of an individual on who’s name a loan is taken. You need to file a case for declaration and setting aside that document. You’ll need to get that document to be declared void by the court Feel free to get in touch for further discussion.

Yes…you can always send the signed documents to the FSL to know whether it’s genuine or not. The court will also support and can ask for the verification of the same. And if the money is fraudulently transferred then it’s original recipient must apply to the court immediately. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If anyone has submitted the forged documents In the court n you have conclusive evidences in this regard then you must object in the court at the time of placement of that document or at the time of evidence when it ii exhibited and urge court to get the said forged document tested in FSL etc. In case court doesn’t listen to you then you need to file application u/s 340 CrPC in the concerned court and court is bound to decide that application, court will ask opposite party to file reply on your application and then court will decide the matter. If court finds document is forged than can an give punishment ! Court can also direct police to file additional FIR in this regard ! Thanks n b in touch
