Forged Signature on Financial Documents

Hello, I am Director of a company that has its head office in Israel and branch office in Pune. Recently, I downloaded the various financial forms from MCA website and found that both the CEO and the CA had forged signs on various documents like Board Resolution, Financial statements etc I want to file a police case against them... 1. Can the CEO, an Israel citizen be arrested if there is an FIR against him? If yes, how? 2. What sections can be applied and what are the impacts of these sections on their working? Can operations be shut down completely 3. I have resigned from Director but they haven't accepted it yet. My DSC is also with them. What should I do? 4. As obvious, the police is showing reluctancy in filing FIR in Dattawadi Pune. What can be done here?

you can approach to the court directly if you proper evidence to produce before the court and get an order stating that police to ve directed to lodge FIR against the persons and this will effect their job also company cant be completely shut but you can ask to seize the account of the company

Well, if a Foreign Citizen has committed Offence/Crime in India which includes Offence of financial irregularities, then under the concerned sections of IPC, a FIR can be lodged against them. If Police is refusing to file FIR, file a Private Criminal Complaint before the nearby Magistrate of such an area where Headquarters of your office is located
