Foreign travel , visa after FIR

Please advice me if one can travel, get Visa, Passport extension if FIR is registered and case is going in court of law. .. thank you

first you have to apply passport , abd you have to inform your case detaild in it with FIR and charhesheet etc. if they reject, yoi have to file at high coury, and get relief. recently we given relief. this relief based on various facts, such as Sections of Ipc or non ipc cases such as ndps, ed,cbi etc and stage of investigation, and reason for abroad journry etc. if you give details, i can guide you
