Sir Agar Koi Forcefully Stamp pe thump impression leke notary karwa le to kya wo notary valid maan li jaygi court me jabki yachitakarta usse inkar kar raha hai ki ye jabran banwai gayi hai is matter me court ne kya faislay kiye hai abhi tak yadi koi ref ho to plz mention kare
ऐसी किसी भी घटना की जानकारी पहले पुलिस को डागर पुलिस नही सुनती है तो डाक द्वारा पुलिस थाना प्रभारी व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक को चिट्ठी भेजे फिर जिस न्यायालय में उस स्टाम्प को लगाया जा रहा है वहां जज साहब को बताए।ज़बरदस्ती लगवाया हुआ अंगूठा मान्य नही होगा

Meanwhile you may also lodge a complaint/FIR against the person for the alleged illegal action. It is not clear as to what is the nature of the notarized document.
