For revision of u/s 307 amended by judicial magistrate allowing 216

I accused in criminal case u/s 323 324. My opponent file application u/s 216 for amend 307 in case. The Judicial magistrate allowing application and amend 307 and commit to session court. My lawyer asked me to appeal the revision, should I make a revision appeal in the session court or in the High Court please tell me what should I do next

For the orders past by the trial court or the magistrate you will have to file a revision against the orders passed by the magistrate court. you cannot approach the High Court directly. once the revision is dismissed then you can approach teh High court against the dismissal

first of all any Judicial Magistrate have not passed any such kind of order. if there is any injury which comply up the ingredients of 307 IPC and the Judicial Magistrate allowing application to this effect, then you must chalenge the same before the Ld. Session Judge.
