For physical contact fake marriage words give by the boy

I was in a relationship with my boyfriend for 2 years in which I had physical contact only with him. He gave me his word for marrying me but now he suddenly left me and ignoring my calls. His family knows about this but still ignoring this matter. Can I take legal actions against him and his family?

You may file a complaint against him at the nearest police station. A proper meticulously drafted complaint has to be filed so that ingredients of offence is made out. You may take help of a counsel to prepare such a complaint.
