For applying central govt job in railways will there be any problem

My sister in law committed suicide and died by hanging herself. We were no where connected to that suicide. But her mother given false case against her husband(my brother), my mother, father and also on me as A4 in sections 498-A and 304- B. We were in rimand for 74 days and we got bail. At present case is in trial stage. Can i apply for central govt job and also if i get selected in all rounds in railways. Will there be any problem in joining?. Could you please sir/madam provide solution.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and if you have qualified for the job in the meantime and if they are not selecting you then you could approach court
