First order status in bail application

26-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
We have applied for bail and our lawyer is stating we have got the bail application signed but while checking online status it is showing as "First Order". Can you please explain what is First order means? FIR - 1176 Thane session court Mumbra police station.

First Order means that the First Order has been pronounced by the Judge on the Bail Application filed by your lawyer. If the Order has been uploaded on the E-Courts Website, then you will be able to download it.
