Since the police have filed FIR against you , they will or might have produce you before concern magistrate court and you are required to take a bail from the court by furnishing surety. Police will file charge sheet against you in court in 60 days or may be more. You will require advocate to take bail and for conducting trial in court after filing of chargesheet by police.

it is a bailable offence the cops shall give u bail without arresting you from the police station itself if they arrest you then you will get bail on the same day itself no need to worry and if u want to finish the case very fast then you can go for quashing of FIR from the high court of bombay

You have not complied with Sec 188 of IPC which says Disobedience to order duly promulgated by Public Servant. By disobeying the Order, you have booked yourself under this Section. And as such, you may have to undergo imprisonment from 1 Months to Six Months and parallely, you have to pay fine of Rs 200 upto Rs 1000. You may be called to give your explanation, why you should not be arrested and usually, you will allowed to go without being booked by paying fine.
