FIR registered Under Section 420 But Police Not Submitted Challan till date and presently the complainant is not in a situation to fight the case due to old age and disease issues. Considering the facts now what legal remedies have Exists in the hand of the son of the complainant.

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard ! 420 is a compoundable offence with the permission of court or else Quashing can be done on merits or on the basis of compromise. On merits it’s only possible if you have conclusive evidences in your defence. Kindly b in touch
