FIR REGARDING THEFT OF CYCLE AND RECOVERED IMMEDIATLY

MY CYCLE THEFT AND RECOVERED IMMEDIATELY BY COLONY PERSON BUT SINCE I MAD PCR CALL AS PER MY COMPLAINT THEY LODGE FIR IN POLICE STATION. I GOT SUMMON FROM PATILA HOUSE COURT NOW AFTER 3 MONTH, MY CYCLE IS IN POLICE CUSTODY AND 2 PERSON ARE ACCUSED THEY ARE STILL IN CUSTODY THEY NOT APPLIED FOR ANY BAIL, CHARGES US 379/411 IPC. MY QUESTION IS I WANT MY CYCLE RELEASED FROM POLICE STATION, HOW MUCH COST IT TAKE, MY CYCLE COST IS RS 3000 ONLY BUT I AM FEELING MORE HARASSED, MY FAMILY IS ALSO WORRIED, PLEASE HELP ME

If you want to release your cycle from the custody of police you have to move application for super Daari because it's a case property and you have to satisfy the court that you will not temper with the evidence and will produce the cycle as and when required for the trial of the case for more details you can contact our office thank you

I am sure you must have wasted more than Rs.3,000/- till date in attending police station and court. For release of the vehicle there’s a superdarinama application which will be filed before the court in which your case is pending and it will be written that it is no longer needed by the police and investigation.
