Fir radd kese krwaye 325 dhara lago ho toh ??

Sir mere khilaaf 325 ki dhara k tehat FIR ki gayi hai case ko 15 din hone ko aaye abi tk koi notice etc nahi aaya na IO ne bulaya but jinhonne complaint ki thi woh keh rahe hai samjhauta kr lete hai pr FIR mae samjhauta kese kare? Pls help

F.I.R hone ke baad samjhauta krne ke liye F.I.R quash krwani padti h high court se. Agar apko apne khilaaf hua case khatam krwana h to quashing ke liye high court mein quashing petition file krni padegi.
