FIR quashing of false criminal case of my uncle linked to civil case

My uncle filed a complaint case against me and my dad on 6.6.2020 getting a fabricated medical certificate and police charged us using same ipc 324 and ipc 506(1).Weapon used was a grass cutting machine in which my uncle kicked himself to trap us in fake case and video recorded entire incident and ran to hospital to get fabricated medical certificate.I lodged complaint with police that Jojo video recorded incident but they took no action and filed FIR and cross for of us as well.can fir be quash

Fir can be quashed in two ways one is by settlement and other by going on the merits of the case to give a proper advice need to know the facts and documents of the case. Please provide the same for a detailed legal advice.
