FIR Quashing Of 354 C,67 A,506

I filed rape complaint against accused after that he threatened me from unknown number (number belongs to kongo country) message with the help of third party app.In message he sent nude photos and threatened to withdraw the FIR so I filed IT act FIR against him.now he filed petition for FIR quashing in high court saying that the number is not belongs to him so the FIR is false...but in message it is clearly mentioned about withdrawal of FIR...on WhatsApp ground I should apply to stop the FIR quashing or will FIR het quashed?

If he has filed quashing petition before high court then you will receive a notice from the high court and you will have to appoint your counsel to put forward your stand or the argument opposing the petition.
