Fir quashing for p.o. co accused

All accused u/s 304b were acquitted from session court. One among the co-accused, who is the mother of main accused remained PO due to h er poor health conditions, which is dropping day by day.i am from accused side and need remedy where in I don't want to face gruelling trail.

FIR can be quashed against her by filing petition under section 482 Criminal Procedure code before the High court if there is no evidence against the accused and the PO order can also be quashed by the High court

your mother will have to face trial by getting bail from court and if all other co accused has been acquitted then she will be definitely acquitted but there is no other option except to face trial otherwise she will be sent behind the bar by the police
