FALSE FIR LODGE AGAIN ME AND THE CHARGE SHEET IS FILE AT DISTRICT COURT WHAT CAN I DO FOR NEXT LEGAL OPTION CAN I APPLY TO DISCHARGE THIS CHARGE SHEET AT DISTRICT COURT OR HIGH COURT OR ANY OTHER GOOD LEGAL OPTION PLEASE SUGGEST PLEASE NOTE THIS OFFENCE IS CHARGE IS NON BAILABLE

If charge sheet is filed before the court then you have two options either to apply for discharge before the same court where charge sheet is filed or you may approach high court for quashing of FIR and the charge sheet. Criteria /grounds for both are different.
