FIR quashed and husband abandoned what to do

24-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I filed the case against my husband under sec 498a .Compromise deed was signed that we would be living together .Based on this quashing petition was filed in high court jointly.High court directed to quash the FIR and in case husband after quashng withdraws from society of wife the case will be revoked.i joined back my husband but his torture continued and became more in fact due to the FIR which was filed. One day out of frustration i attempted suicide by taking some pills and sent a video telling him i had enough. God forbid i survived after vomitting at home. Later got to my husband had furnished false details prior to marriage about his education and job.In december he sent me out of the house on the pretext of a fight .Till date he has been constantly fighting with me and now he has stopped contacting me nor responding to my messages. He threatens that he would show my videos as evidence to prove im suicidal and menatlly ill and will get a divorce. What can i do now?

You can still file another 498 A complaint with the police and also can file a case under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and claim maintenance and separate residence and if you do not want to live with him anymore, you can file for divorce also
