FIR QUASH UNDER 498A, Can i apply if case under trial

Sir/Madam, I have a false case under 498A at D&S court. FIR is false & i know opposite party don't have any evidence to prove it. The case Started in Mar'2020 & none of the parties have been heard till date. Kindly suggest what are the requirements for FIR Quash by HC. How would i know if trial is started or not? Also if trial started can i proceed for FIR Quashing. Please suggest. Thanks. Beat regards

Is there any charge sheet that has been submitted or not first clear that doubts if yes then challenge that charge sheet if not then FIR Quashing for that purpose you should file a Criminal Writ petition before High Court.
