Settlement deed ko register b krna hoga kya if party has decided to settlement before chargesheet?How much time for quashing the FIR or free from burden of law

it is not required to register the deed. quashing can b disposed off by the HC on the first date itself subject to the objections taken by the states counsel. the quashing is for the lifetime of both the parties victim and the accused.

hello client bas i can read ur issue ia not so easy to escape court . formaloties to escape trial of court in this matter things are poosible if the settlment is been made with the claue of laws then only it isnpossible to skip the trial ofnthe court . quashing can be done only in the conditions if high court agrees to the tjongs mentioned as per law then only quashing can be done .for the fir.

No, the settlement deed shall have to be signed by both the parties and furnished in the court. Upon the perusal of the same if the court is satisfied, only then the FIR. shall be quashed. however it also depends upon the nature of the offence, if it is a grave offence, Courts are unlikely to grant a quashing.
