What is the next process will i go and surrender to police station.

Dear Sir, It depends upon the alleged offences. If offences are bailable then you can get bail in the police station. If offences are non bailable then approach sessions court and get anticipatory bail under section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code through advocate then approach the police to comply the court orders and execute the bail baild bonds.
