FIR on Wife under section 420 she is threatening me with false case

Hi All - I have filed an FIR on my wife for under some serious sections including 420, in a police station for cheating and financial fraud. I have all proofs of her wrongdoings. Now she is threatening me with false counter cases like dowry, domestic violence, etc. In case she files a false case, how should I deal with the situation considering that there is already an FIR on her? Will the counter case be quashed?
Hello, so far quashing of counter case .... it depends upon facts, allegations and other circumstances. But as per my opinion you must inform the local police in writing and issue a legal notice stating your facts and apprehension so that in future if she makes any false allegation against u or other members of ur family the letter and notice will protect u and unless you are heard no complaint will be registered against you. Also do file caveat before civil court of concerned jurisdiction .

Dear client, don't afraid about the threatening from your wife as section 498A is quite mild from 2014 .police can't arrest you or your family members unless and magistrate permits them, she has already made mistakes hence possibly she will not take further steps.for details please do not hesitate to contact me, if u like my advice please rate me.
