A false case was registered due to revenge by a lady under section 323,341,354,379,427,452,376 and 511 of IPC directly in court against senior citizen and his elder son.However lady never appeared in the court for hearing and case was dismissed due to non appearance.The accused came to know about case when he was called to Police station to collect lok Adalat noticenThe accussed went to police station to file FIR against the lady but the Thana in charge told to go to court as case was filed there.What should he do now?
