रेप के केस में कितनी देरी से रिपोर्ट (FIR) करने पर मान्य है ?nलड़की ने 4 वर्ष पहले मेरे साथ रेप हुआ है करके अभी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है और जान से मारने का धमकी दिया था देरी से रिपोर्ट का यही कारण बस बताई है ।

Itna time nai lgta FIR karvane me . FIR QUASH hojaegi and case close hojaega. 4 saal bad koi report ni maanega. Jaan se maarne ki dhamki di hai to usi time karvani thi report . Ab kuch ni ho sakta. Hmare office ajao for legal help.

you can argue in the court that the girl hss lodged a false FIR and thete is no proof of such allegations. as FIR in rape case must be supported with Medical report of the girl an since 4 years have passed there could be no evidence of rape in the Medical report.
