PL give me the action against above section on me and stage is summons, matter is complaint and his son and his gang hit me in front of election Booth and damage my car and injured me and falsely they went to the station and lodged the complaint aginest me
don't worry it's all bailable offence appear before court on that date and obtain bail , you can also file counter complaint against them for their acts , even you can get it quashed approaching highcourt, take assistance of advocate they will guide you in court procedures

You can file counter complaint against them . If charge sheet is filed against you ,you can claim discharge . If it is in FIR stage you can go to High court and claim quashing of FIR . If police not co-operating with you ,then you can file directly private complaint before Magistrate
