Whatever sections you have mentioned about are all Cognizable Offences & as such, Police should have registered your FIR against the company and its management on your information about the commission of such offences as above-mentioned in the concerned sections of IPC, 1860. File a RTI to know the status about similar FIRs lodged in the same Police Station as well as in the different Police jurisdictions in the State. Moreover, you can personally track the status that whether such FIRs' have been converted into Criminal Cases or not on E-Courts Website & by personally going to the concerned nearby Magistrate Court.

no it is not a violation of art 14. police are not duty bound to register FIRs for all the complaints that they receive. if after preliminary enquiry they feel that complaint is not required, they won't register your FIR. however, under these circumstances, you need to approach the magistrate and get an order from him/her directing the police to register an FIR.

For this 1stly you have to approach any criminal lawyer regarding your case ,as per my suggestion if police has refused to take an FIR under section 154 of crpc ,then you have right to approach S.P (rural area) in metropolitan (D.C.P),if after that they deny or refusing to take FIR
then you have to approach jurisdiction metropolitan magistrate court under section 156(3) crpc to direct to the police station to take a report
