FIR in 304 B IPC registered Against Me And My Parents/Relatives

My marrige date is as per court marrige -13/08/2012 and socially 6/05/2013 and my wife committed suicide at her parents home ambikapur (CHATTISHGARH) as she always lived there due to her job and I worked here and there all over India due to my job on 9/08/2020 which is more than seven year period.But now police intentionally registered FIR in 304 B.is this legal as there was no complaint against us for dowry before this and we never demanded anything.contrary to it I have given wat so ever money possible to my wife as and wen required and this is clearly reflected in my bank statements.But as my fighting for my wife suicide against CG state as there was is complaint against one SI that he had illicit relationship with my wife and he misused her and wen he ditched her she committed suicide.A CID investigation already going in this case and I have also filed case for rapid investigation but now due to that Police registered FIR against me in wrong IPC.is that legal?
hello client as can i see ur issue is really very much serious in nature. as you are saying tht a falsw FIR has been regiatered againat you tht is alao u/s 304 b ipc . in your matter a proper judicial enguiry is requires by the help of supreme court of india aa well as a well high level investigation is nees to be done to save you and to get you out od this fake FIR case against you.

Yes, if FIR has been registered wrongfully, you can apply for quashing of FIR.
In the quashing of FIR petition you can ask for stay on arrest. You will be required to present the application you had filed for rapid investigation.
