If you wish the FIR to be quashed then you all need to file a petition for quashing of the FIR in the High Court of your concerned state. You will need to file a certified copy of the FIR and other district court orders along with their true translated and true typed copies along with ID proof of all the parties. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

For quashing of FIR the honourable high court of the state is involved where the case has to be presented in well documented format. the release of person is possible for sure but the case has to be perceived in the precise manner so that valid points may be presented. Since the question asked here is about Quashing of FIR and release of person. the answer to both is yes

Sir The facts mentioned by you are limited no conclusive opinion can be given as per these facts. But we can surely secure bail for the accused and as per the limited facts if he do not have any involvement in making of the froged documents then the FIR could be quashed against the accused but as of now securing bail is most important quashing can be looked after sometime.

The facts mentioned by you are limited no conclusive opinion can be given as per these facts. But for quashing of FIR you can certainly go to the High Court. Also It seems from your query that the 6th person is innocent and he can get bail easily. Once he gets bail out concern will be to fight the case on merit and make him discharged from all the charges. You better consult a lawyer with the case file, before it's too late.
