1. There is no set time frame for submission of charge sheet by police in court. however, you can move an application before the court for status report in your matter, asking what the police has done so far. 2. monthly allowance depends upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, your husbands income, your own income, the number of dependants he has, your educational qualifications etc. 3. In addition to the FIR, You can also file seperate cases for domestic violence and maintenance, which are private cases in nature and are disposed off more speedily.

Dear Madam, You have been married in 2018 , but in which month, that is important. You filed harassment FIR against your NIR husband for his and his family members treating you cruelty, which need some substantial evidence., I would like to go through a copy of your FIR what allegations are framed against. There are legal action needed in your favor which may expedite the action. you may consult for the same from this platform. pls. rate on review. Thanks

you have various rights as a complainant and can ask the concerned investigating officer or the SHO of the police station regarding the progress in your case. if the police dont take your matter in court then you can directly approach the court under various provisions of the IPC and CrPC
