FIR has been filed against me, later the case got compromised, will it

I was beaten up by my neighbor when I complained about it to the police then my neighbor filed a counter FIR ( ipc 341,323,325,307,379,504,34 )after meeting the police and then on being harassed by the police and the neighbor my father compromised the case in the court it will be a problem for me to get a government job and police verification and in character certificate.

As you already stated in the query that compromised had been made in between you and accused which means case has closed. Nonetheless to say that you are free from trial, under such situation you will not get trouble in any government job.
