रेप के केस में कितनी देरी से रिपोर्ट (FIR) करने पर मान्य है ?nलड़की ने 4 वर्ष पहले मेरे साथ रेप हुआ है करके अभी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है और जान से मारने का धमकी दिया था देरी से रिपोर्ट का यही कारण बस बताई है ।

koi bat nahi aap abhi bhi FIR kara sakte hai thane me agar police FIR nahi likhte hai to aap sp sahab ke pas shikayat kar sakte hai ya IG shikayat kar sakte hai aap direct court me case laga kar bhi FIR kara sakte hai

she does the FIR bt we can quashed it because the delay in FIR is the ground for fake n false case, we can make a anticptry first than wll go for the quashment or further proceedings, all the grounds are main in this case
