FIR filled by ex GF's mom, what should I do ?

8 Oct night..Police came to my home and searching for me, I was not in home and police said to meet station as soon as possible..By some source.. I get info that there is a FIR registered against me by my ex gf mom..i stil not meet to that officer..so...what should I do...plz help..
First you can collect the information the her mom registered FIR or simple Complaint, if you have receive the information that FIR has registered then you approach to Dist. Session Judge Court U/S Cr.PC 438 for grant of bail for apprehending Arrest.

At first you have to get the duplicate copy of F.I.R and after then only you will get to know what are the allegations labeled against you and thereafter you can meet the investigation officer of your case and get the bail on the instant case

First go and meet the Police and try to know the reason for which are called to meet them. If you do not visit them then after reasonable time they will declare you absconding which will ultimately increase your trouble and harassment.So its better to meet the Police.

Collect FIR copy from Police station by some one. For this purpose Law Clark help you. See charge section in the FIR in against of you. If its are non bailable section; Apply for an anticipatory Bail with the help of an Advocate.
