hello my name is Neela and one of my friend has lodged a complaint of sexual harassment in Bangalore police on my husband. 354A and 506 has been lodged . my husband switched off the mobile and absconding. its 4 days now that FIR has been filed. what will be the consequences ?nwill he be arrested or if we get bail will that suffice?

okay I understand your question so now your husband name mentioned in FIR so now your remedy is take a anticipatery bail then police not arrest once Charesheet will file then you have to face a trial and take a nessary order from court so do you need smy legal help contact me thank you

in this case it is very much necessary that instead of absconding, by just applying for bail he can get bail, there was no necessity of absconding so speak to him and engage a lawyer to get bail and then things can be settled. engage a lawyer get the Fir copy and complaint, file bail application and things will be normal.
