FIR filed under Bombay Police Act for smoking on public road
27-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was smoking on road and was caught by police. They filed a FIR against me under section 116 and 117 of BOMBAY POLICE ACT . I had to pay fine of rs100/- in the LOKAADALAT Will this affect my selection in Government job? Do i have to mention about this fine while filling form or is it just a normal fine like we pay for not wearing helmet?
No.. it would not affect your selection in Government job. If specifically asked in the form as per the type of government job applied you have to mention it in the form regarding it. Yes..you can consider this fine similar to the fine imposed on not wearing helmet.
