FIR filed on section 304a as painter died while painting an apartment

Apartment owner and painter family has come to an amicable solution with agreed compensation and painter family are ready to withdraw case. FIR is filed, but chargesheet is not done yet. nIs it possible to quash/close FIR at this stage ? If yes, what are the steps/process.nIf not possible, what are other options ?

yes you can settle at any time and any stage and both parties should be present at the time settlement before judge and should show that what is the settlement and how much and should take undertaking from not file any further case
