An FIR wad filed in 2002 in sessions court.sine then trail has not commenced yet and in pending as on date.What is the way out from this?

You can file writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court and avail orders to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. Its already been 16 years. Court will consider your request. What was offences involved in it. FIR filed in the year 2002, whether charge sheet is filed or not?
