FIR done... but there is no original complaint letter...

Sir/Madam FIR done on me and on other 2 family members in jan-2019... in recent 8 months PP found there is no ORIGINAL complaint letter in the court section and in concerned police station also.. NO EVIDANCES attended even single time after summons/warrant .... applicant also not present or their Advocate. .. still it is going on till today .. pl guide..me

Dear Sir, You may request the Public Prosecutor to lead evidence on the documents available and summon all the witnesses if not turned up the Court may taken the prosecution side as closed and it will be posted for judgment. Even statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C of yourself and your family members is not necessary. You can get acquittal judgment and thereafter you can file defamation case against the other side.
