Fir against a person who beat my father

Actually there's a person who has beaten my father with stone and my father got hurt very badly blood was coming from his nose and his hand is also swelled , I want very strict action against hime , I have already lodged an fir against him but he has responded falsely that my father also beated him , my father is 60 years old how can I beat him ,please help me

If FIR has been registered by u and police has not taken any action u can get orders from high court or from CJM court against that person. Let me know whether any counter case has been registered (Any FIR )registered by him against ur father.
